Knowledge building and exchange

Completion of the Jockey Club MEL Institute Project Certificate Training Course and Mentored Practicum for 2023 organised by CUHK and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Institute Project (hereafter the MEL Project), which aims to further promote organizational-level MEL capacity by providing holistic training to local NGO practitioners. Health and Social Exchange is awarded as the Outstanding Team members in the Final Project Pitch after a four-month practicum. The project provided support for stroke patients through community pharmacy services on medication management.
